Escape Velocity provides educational planning estimates. It does not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Model limits and scope
Results depend on your inputs and simplified assumptions. A successful simulated path, threshold, or score does not guarantee that a real plan will succeed. Amounts use US dollars. Tax and benefit estimates cover the supported US rules described in the methodology; they do not automatically account for another country’s rules. Review significant decisions with qualified professionals.
Keeping your work
You are responsible for keeping the backups you need. Browser storage and share links are not a managed backup service. Anyone with a full-plan link can read and forward its contents. Avoid sharing information you do not want others to have.
Availability and warranties
This public beta may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Appropriate use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit another person’s private information without permission.
